Weekly Inspo Vids - Week Thirteen
Hi everyone,
Don’t know about you, but the temps are dropping here in Oregon. I hope you’re also sitting by a cozy fire to start the day. It's time to burn some brush piles this weekend. Gotta amp myself up for the chill.
I’m excited to share this week’s email, but honestly, I was reluctant to use this particular video. Don’t get me wrong, it’s great. Very heartwarming. But I know teachers feel like they already go above and beyond. This teacher’s story takes that to a whole new level. As always, I covet your feedback. Let me know what you think in the comments or by hitting reply.
You’re in for a slew of other (no calorie) treats. We’ve got a great dose of Weekly Emailable PD for you. And this week’s AI tool is not super flashy, but it is incredibly helpful. I think it’ll save folks a ton of time.
Enjoy!
P.S. If you haven’t already, please take the admin salary survey! It’s anonymous and pretty quick. We received 80 responses from 36 US states and three countries. Please take 2 minutes to complete the survey to improve our results for all! I’ll publish a comprehensive report to all subscribers next month!
C’mon! You know you want to!

We have covered quite a bit of classroom management territory this year. We started with the need for structure, like procedures and routines; we tackled consequences and restorative practices, and we even talked about tips for using humor effectively in the classroom.
For the next several weeks, we’ll review a handful of quick concepts for building classroom community. This week’s topic is entitled “Change Takes Time” and is a helpful reminder that you have to stick with a strategy long enough to see if it’s working.
