Weekly Inspo Vids - Week Nineteen
Hi friends,
We’re in the home stretch … almost to holiday break! I hope you are soaking up the last few days with students. And I hope you’re really getting amped about some well-deserved downtime.
We had some phenomenal feedback about the salary survey sent out last week. Most of it was incredibly positive. Some of it was constructive. All of it was fair. I hope to post some of my key insights next week in a Midweek Musings. Keep an eye out for it!
This week’s content is great—really lighthearted and fun video. And the emailable PD is a shift. We’re still focused on classroom management but will examine the importance of healthy relationships between teachers and students for the next while.
Enjoy!

We’re officially switching gears a bit in our exploration of classroom management. We’ve been focused primarily on structure so far this year. For the next few months, we’ll explore the importance of student connection, specifically to healthy adults in the building. This info from the CDC is a great overview of the insulating factors of positive school connectedness.
