Weekly Inspo Vids - Week Four
Hi there!
Welcome to my improved newsletter. Thanks for hanging with me in the transition to this new email provider. You’ve made it to the other side. I’m glad you’re here!
A quick point of orientation for everyone. (This should be about the longest intro you ever receive to a weekly email).
You’ll notice that there’s a lot more going on here this week. We’re rolling out a paid version of the newsletter that will have more weekly, monthly, and semesterly (didn’t know that was a word, did ya?) benefits. But first, a quick guarantee:
The weekly inspirational videos will always be free. Pinky swear.
With that said, I heard from many folks that there were things I could do to add even more value. As you know, my goal is always twofold:
To create (or curate) content that admin, teachers, and students love
To offer resources that save you time
To that end, I’m going to throw tons of stuff your way that I guarantee will check both of these boxes. You can check out all the paid benefits here, including some PD resources that we normally sell for over $900. (Spoiler: It’ll cost you less than a tenth of that).
Now let’s get to this week’s email with some added goodies. (Want to see some more examples of the new newsletter? Check out the new version of Week One, Week Two, and Week Three.)
Oh yeah, one more thing! One of the benefits of paid subscription is a Monthly Meeting Prep email. On the first of each month, we’ll send you turnkey resources you can use for up to 45 minutes of PD during a staff meeting, late start, early release, etc.
We’ll normally send it to paid subscribers, but everyone will receive September’s Monthly Meeting Prep email for free. It’ll arrive tomorrow. Keep an eye out!
And now, this week’s email:
Weekly Video
(Always free) Use in staff newsletters, encouraging emails, etc.
Possible Caption: It’s okay to be afraid. That’s normal. But you’ll never know what lies on the other side of your fears unless you face them.
Note: Big thanks to a group member for sharing this. I love it so much!

Weekly Trivia
(Paid feature available to all through 10.1.22) Use in staff newsletters, morning announcements, class closers, etc.
Question: What is the deadliest animal in the world?
Answer: The bear! Wait, no. The shark. That’s not right, either. The deadliest animal is actually the mosquito due to the variety of diseases it can transmit. Pass me the deet!
