Weekly Inspo Vids - Week Two
Hi friends,
I hope you’ve all had a fantastic week. While I know many of you have already been hard at work, my official inservice starts Monday—and I can’t wait to be back in the building with my colleagues. There’s just something about the energy of a new school year that never gets old.
This week, I’m sharing a powerful video that reminds us of the possibility in each and every adult to be a leader. No matter your title or role, you have the ability to shape our school culture and inspire those around you.
I’ve also included this week’s Emailable PD about creating classroom norms that build predictable, positive environments. It’s a quick, practical resource you can share with teachers to set a strong foundation for a productive, respectful, and engaging classroom environment all year long.
Whatever you’ve got on deck, I hope it’s a good week!
Cheers!

This week, we’re focusing on the role of classroom norms in shaping culture.
Clear, positive agreements give students both safety and freedom — the safety of knowing what’s expected, and the freedom to engage without fear of crossing unseen lines. When we build these norms together, they become more than rules; they become shared commitments. Let’s make sure our norms aren’t just posted on the wall but woven into the way we learn, every day.
