Weekly Inspo Vids - Week Twenty Eight
Good morning, friends!
Busy week on this end. I’m sure you’d say the same. Nice to have a three-day weekend on deck. I hope you get some time with your loved ones. Take some time to do a few things completely unrelated to work. It’ll do you well.
This week’s video is a classic - asking normal folks on the street about their favorite teacher. It’s always amazing to me that people never have to think too long, no matter how long it’s been since they were a student. That says something about our profession.
This week’s “Emailable PD” is all about one of my favorite topics in classroom management - offering students choices. And this week’s “Fun with AI” is guaranteed to enhance your calm. And please, please, please answer the “Would you rather?” question. It’s a classic, but one that I find endlessly fascinating.
Enjoy!

We continue focusing on the relational aspect of classroom management in this week’s PD. If your teachers need a surefire way to avoid a power struggle, this week is for them! Offering students choices is an essential tool to have at any educator’s disposal. But there’s a catch that many teachers miss. The choice offered has to be a real choice. Learn how to avoid a common mistake in this week’s content.
I hope it’s useful!
