Hey folks!

We’re back from a lovely week off. The family got over being sick and we made it outside quite a bit. Good times were had by all. (I highly recommend tulip farms this time of year). I feel ready for the final push to summer!

Happy spring break to those of you who are soaking up some well-deserved rest this week, and hang in there to everyone who is still counting down the days (you’ve got this)!

This week’s Emailable PD is one of my go-to tools; I genuinely use it multiple times a week in my own classroom and have seen the magic it brings to student engagement and routine. The video this week is a little different—less teacher-facing, more human-facing—but it was just too powerful (and honestly, too convicting) not to share.

And because I’m all about spreading the spring cheer, this week is totally free for everyone, with a 20% discount live now through April 8th!

Cheers!

This week, I’m sharing a simple but powerful practice I use in my own classroom every single week: establishing weekly rhythms. These anchor days give my students something consistent to look forward to—and they truly get excited for them! Whether it's a reflective Monday, a curious Wednesday, or a community-centered Friday, having a predictable structure has transformed both my planning and my students' engagement. I’ve seen firsthand how this approach creates a more focused, joyful, and connected learning environment.
