Hi friends,

Week ten! Wowsa! Time is flying.

I hope it’s been a good week. I wrapped up a short school week by attending another conference in Oregon. Good insights from the CTE community. Let me know if you’d like to know what’s happening on this end of the country, and I’ll catch you up.

We’ve got another solid week on deck, including a powerful video on the importance of inclusion and a very practical exercise in building resilience. You can use it with your staff or your teachers can use it with their kiddos. Use it to solve any problem. I used it this week challenging high schoolers to design a better tube of toothpaste in less than 10 minutes. The results blew my mind!

Reach out with any requests on future PD topics. We have plenty in the hopper and are always happy to add more.

Enjoy!

Resilience is an increasingly elusive trait for our students. This week, we tackle the importance of it, the teacher’s role in supporting it, and an awesome activity that your teachers can use with their students at any level. Zero prep required!

Hope it helps!
