Hard to believe that it’s officially mid-October. I talked with one administrator this week who feels like things are perpetually on fire and another who is hopefully optimistic about this being a great year.

I stumbled upon this video and love it for acknowledging the complexity of what makes a good teacher. And at the same time, it’s also very simple.
