Hey hey,
I hope it’s been a good week in your corner of the world. If it’s been anything like it has been here, every student, teacher, custodian, and secretary has been sick. Can’t believe it’s starting already. I didn’t miss any days, but I got hit pretty hard myself. Rest up this weekend and take your vitamins!
In other, unrelated news, it’s a double gameday. My son’s soccer game and my Fighting Texas Aggies take on the Auburn Tigers. I’m stoked!
I’m also pretty excited about this week’s content. Teacher Trevor Muir makes compelling content and had a new video come out about a week ago. It’s a fascinating take on student engagement in our current landscape. I felt challenged by it and I hope your teachers do as well. And this week’s Emailable PD tackles gradual release of responsibility. One of my favorite concepts when thinking about the goal of what we do.
I hope it’s a great weekend and an even better upcoming week. Stay healthy!
