Weekly Inspo Vids - Week Fourteen
Hi there,
Greetings from the land of seasonal depression! It’s been a rainy week here in Oregon, but we press on. Writing to you fine folks is often a mood-boost. Thanks for being there for me!
Also, a shoutout to my many, many Texas administrators! As someone who lived in DFW from 5th grade through college, I have many fond memories of going to Rangers games with my dad. Cheering them on this week with my son and seeing them finally grab the World Series title was really something special. 🙌
We’ve got another stellar video this week. It’s pretty heartwarming. Grab those tissues. (I still have a box handy from Wednesday night’s game). And it’s a new month, which means our November Monthly PD email drops tomorrow morning. Keep an eye out for it! It’s on classroom management and visuals. Solid stuff. (This is one of our occasional “Free for All” months, so be sure to check out tomorrow’s message.)
And finally, it’s the last week to take the ‘23-24 Admin Salary Survey! We’ve had over 150 responses. Let’s keep ‘em coming!
Enjoy!
Last chance! Let’s go!

We continue our deep dive into classroom management with an important concept. Avoid the whole-class consequence pitfall! It’ll backfire, and we will explain why. And this week’s message contains some thoughts from one of my favorite writers on the topic - Mike Roberts.
